The shop is brand new but has pulled in experienced technicians from their other locations. The team is very professional! Troy, Chris, and Matt explained everything in detail by using their Digital Vehicle Condition Report (never seen this before). They email photos of nearly every item they diagnosed to help me see what's being recommended and helping me decide with more specific and relevant information. I had sought a 2nd opinion on some recommended services from another shop and Troy and Chris helped me save money by not having to replace all the items recommended by the other shop. I appreciated the comprehensive Digital Vehicle Condition Report and the discussion I had with Troy to select only the items I wantred to pursue at this point. I'll definitely be going back to follow through on some of the other recommended items during my next scheduled service.

My car engine wouldn't turn so I had my car towed here. Friendly staff and -- i don't know why-- but i was so enthralled that they texted me the results of the inspection they did on my car, and sent me a pdf of the estimate. Technology is neat. They replaced my starter and my car works again, so I have no complaints.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The inspection was done and completed in the time frame they gave us. We appreciate being given a ride to home and then back to pick up the car when it was ready.

My second time with craftsman was as good as the first. I had my previous work available to me through pictures and I compared that to new pictures they took of my shocks, struts, brakes and more. This made my decision easier to fully replace my suspension and front brakes/rotors ect. They did the work QUICK and were fair about the price. I found the employees there very personal and have were easy to talk to. This is a well run garage. I moved to NOVA 4 or 5 years ago and had to leave my trusted mechanic behind. Its tough to find someone you feel is being honest and fair. These guys have earned by business moving forward.

Very picky about where I take my classic muscle car, and they put my mind at ease with a thorough, complimentary vehicle inspection with pics, and worked with me on recommendations on what must get done and what should be addressed later! Took the time to introduce me to the mechanic who would, and did, work on my car. Excellent service!!

Professional service. Thorough analysis of entire vehicle. Pictures of underneath of vehicle is very helpful. Cleanest shop I've ever seen! One of the problems, though, wasn't completely fixed. Bringing vehicle in for follow up.
