I was looking for a new auto shop to handle my needs and decided to try Craftsman. I was pleased I did, Jeremy and Matt took good care of me. My car needed extensive and expensive work. They furnished me with a well laid out estimate and plan for returning my car to optimum condition. Based on my newness to the shop and the expense involved, I did my due diligence and found them to be competitive. So I will be returning to have the work performed.

Double rolling flats after 6PM! They were fixed properly (skins removed from rims) without an issue! Store front and shop clean and hyper efficient. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I wanted to get a estimate for my front brake replacement. They did a thorough inspection on both front and rear brakes. They confirmed that my front brakes are wearing thin. But, it still has 4mm. They suggested that I could wait for another 6,000 miles before changing them and provided a reasonable quote for a Ceramic pads and discs. They did not push me to get a new brake. I will likely to come back when my brakes in half year.

I am a new customer at Craftsman and I’m glad i stopped in. Matt had my truck thoroughly inspected and found issues I had no idea about. All of the issues could be problems for me down the road. All of the issues were taken care of at a reasonable cost.

They are giving the health check report. They will explain the report in detail. They are doing an Awesome job. Really recommended.
