Where do I start? $35 a spark plug when they can be had from the auto store for $5. $40 for a $8 belt. When notified of this there was no desire to keep business yet there where attempts to make it sound as though the parts we were describing were wrong. NGK Iridium's aren't $35 a piece fellas, that's where you first screwed up thinking I don't know car parts. Check out prices on RockAuto for a 2012 Civic 1.8l, or anywhere else. This was a referral and future referral business permanently lost. Last name Benedict in-case you want to look up the quote.

Awesome people, they do good work. They have an online "report card" that goes over what they did (with pictures!) and what they recommend. I'm wary of auto shops because I've had quite a few try to swindle me in the past, but these guys were more than fair and extremely transparent. I've referred several people there since the first time I took my car there.
