I recently got an oil change for my 2016 Honda minivan. The guys in the front desk were courteous and the service was prompt. The facility was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will return for another service soon.

I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. My car was ready for pick-up the day after it was towed there. Everyone I had contact with was professional courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop.

The staff and mechanics @ Fairfax craftsman are great. We have been going there far about a year and found them honest and up front. They never force you to make a decision your not sure or ready to make.
