I had the best experience at Craftsman today! Had my car's state inspection completed at a gas station - it failed bc it needed new breaks. Called Craftsman on the spot and they took care of it first thing the following morning. I picked my car up, and headed back to the gas station to get rid of my embarrassing sticker of rejection ... when I noticed that the sticker was gone and had been replaced by the state inspection sticker. I called Craftsman with a head full of steam because I thought I had just paid twice for an inspection (not my finest moment). Brandon was so kind, so polite, and showed me that they had just taken care of it when they saw the paperwork on the front seat! They didn't charge me at all - my receipt just showed the charge for the breaks, and included a discount they had emailed me! Really couldn't have asked for a better experience, and so appreciate Brandon's professionalism despite my tiny temper tantrum. Customers for life!

For my first appointment ever with Craftsman I took my Honda Pilot in for its 110,000 mile "burp and feeding". The staff was considerate, polite and patient. My car needed A LOT of work. Matt Curry, the owner was hands on throughout the entire process. The texted report, complete with photos, was extraordinarily helpful in understanding what my car needed. I felt comfortable and looked after the entire time. I recommend them for the courtesy staff, competency, cleanliness of the establishment and use of technology to educate their clients.
