Each interaction with the staff at this location was a breath of fresh air and very different from my experience at Mr Tire right next door. When I post my review on Mr. tire’s website, I will let their customers know where to go. I can appreciate the friendliness in the office considering how busy they are. It can be very easy to get frustrated, but these guys still crack jokes and smile. Even with no AC for a day, still smiling! I purchased four new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They did a complementary inspection on my Versa. Since purchasing my tires, and having it aligned, my car is driving completely different. I will be back, thanks again!

Craftsman was recommended to me as a supporting garage to have my HPDE pre-inspection done. I found the appointment process to be super-easy and the staff and service to be top-notch. I can't say that I am looking forward to my car breaking, but I am definitely looking forward to using Craftsman for my auto care needs! 🙂

Great service. Great price. I love the detailed evaluation report with pictures.

Service done in a reasonably timely fashion (I had a state inspection done). They also informed me of an air filter that could stand to be replaced & gave me the option of deciding whether or not to have then do the replacement. They also accepted a Groupon for their services.

This was my first time at craftsman. Very well organized facility and front office. Almost no waiting even with lots of activity. They took care of my HPDE Tech Inspection promptly. I will be back!

first time at the service provider. very attentive staff. even though i only visited for an oil change, the staff provided a full diagnostic of my vehicle without the pressures to immediately correct as other service providers might have been pushing for. location is convenient and waiting area is comfortable. while waiting, i was able to watch the interaction of staff with other customers. the staff was very helpful to those customers who walk in without prior appointments.
