Like the pictures they take so that I can see what the issues are on my car. Unfortunately, my car needed a lot of work on it so to go there for the 1st time and have a bill over $2k wasn’t a good experience. BUT, I’m glad they were willing to help me out by letting me used coupons currently available out there to the public.

Since moving back home to Northern Virginia from Biloxi, MS I have been looking for a good/reliable place that I can take my vehicle to for any maintenance/repairs. Craftsman Auto Care does all the required manufacturer work along with work that dealers will not do. I'm glad to have gotten the referral and am impressed with the work being done here. You certainly have a customer that will return when in need for maintenance/repair work.

Best shop in the NOVA area. I take all my cars here and reccomend all my friends and family to go here. Honest people, fair prices, care about their customers, and most importantly they have a passion for cars so you know you'll be taken care of. They also do race cars which is a bonus!!
