I've brought several vehicles here of mine and my families and I wouldn't have it any other way. Top notch service with great care for you and your vehicle. We've done everything from engine rebuilds, to differential replacements to performance parts. On Volkswagens, bmws, a ram van, and Hondas, whatever you drive. They can repair with the best quality. My go-to guy is Matt Zeken. I may be biased because hes been my mechanic for over a decade but He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and simply put, he's the best at what he does. He's able to diagnose problems and repair them with ease while other shops are charging hours of diagnostic only to replace the wrong part. Leaving other shops out of it, this place and the people they employ are the only ones I trust to keep me and my family safe on the road. They include a full inspection of your vehicle that they provide to you in a detailed pdf format with photos to back everything up. They are never pushy with their recommendations, and never push on work that isnt neccesary.

Amazing always

Just moved to VA and needed immediate assistance to meet a state requirement with my vehicle. Called Craftsman Auto Care and they got me in right away. Brent and Luis really took care of me! I can check off finding a place to take my vehicle for auto care, I'm a customer now.

Highly recommended. I was a walk-in appointment for a safety inspection. I was immediately helped and I was done in less than 30 minutes. Great help. Great service. Great place.

I dont ever write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Been using Craftsman for years for my current and previous car. I've been to the Alexandria and Fairfax locations, and these folks are literally the best I've ever been to. Always friendly and personable - very thorough, honest, and transparent. Theyre never pushy, and I never feel like I'm paying for repairs I don't need. Their reports after inspections include photos and are easy to understand as well. They always offer rides from the shop if repairs will take a few hours, but the office is comfortable enough that I honestly dont mind waiting there. Never had an issue with waiting too long, either. They might not be the cheapest out there, but you truly do get what you pay for, and I think their charges are more than reasonable for the great work they put in. I would drive hours out of my way to come here if it meant I could avoid the headaches I've experienced with other shops. Thank you to the whole Craftsman team - yall are great

Ray and his team are welcoming, professional, and very efficient. They take care of the work request, welcome walk-ins, and consistently provide service with a smile. The diagnostics are great, and they will never send you away unless your vehicle is safe to drive. Thank you all - you are truly the best!!
