Walked in today with something stuck under my car. I was in an out within 30 minutes, even without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was clean and well-decorated for Halloween! Would definitely come back for future services.

I’ve never actually posted a review for a mechanic because I was raised to believe that if I didn’t have anything nice to say, to not say anything at all. Trust me when I say that the guys at Craftsman Auto in McLean are not only friendly, but honest. They were transparent about the state of my car and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. Beyond that, they got me in and out quickly - and they went above and beyond to address all my concerns.

I went here to get my state inspection done, and it was my first time. Even though there was a wait time (my fault for waiting till the end of the month), I was accommodated and used their waiting area to get some work done; it was clean, cozy, quiet, and had free wifi! Everyone (Krystal and John/Josh?? -sorry-) was super nice and informative about what to look out for as my car is a bit older. I will definitely be back!
