Five Star review! Craftsman rocks!

I came here half a year ago for oil change. I was recommended to replace the transmission fluid and front brake pad and rotor. I was provided with an estimate. After half a year, I called about the estimate which they still honored. So I made an appointment and was told that it would be done in 2 hours. After 2 hours I asked and was told that transmission machine was broken early and now fixed. But because of that it would take extra one hour. I would hope that if they could let me know the one hour extra ahead of time, it will be great, which is the reason why it is 4 stars; otherwise, I would think the service is great and the price is good.

The staff is knowledgeable and honest. There is no better customer service at any competitor. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Amazing auto care shop! Detailed maintenance inspection with an link to your report. I never seen anything like that. The waiting room was comfortable with free refreshments, snacks and free WiFi! My man Brandon was awesome too, down to the earth guy and an amazing help. If you see this Brandon, thank you for everything! I’ll see you guys soon.

My first visit. Previous mechanics had been a disappointment and I've heard good things about Craftsman Auto Care so decided to try them. Check in was quick, friendly and professional. Car was fixed within a few days and runs better now than ever. Received a detailed report on the work and overall condition of the vehicle.

As it turned out, my window didn’t need a fix! No charge and they gave me a shuttle ride to and from my home. I’ll go back there any day!
