Great customer service

I was glad that I had an oil change service at this location. The waiting room is nice, the staff is very honest and friendly. The technician did an overall inspection and provided a comprehensive health of my car and flagged all urgent items with estimates in real time in the text messages for each item. I certainly recommend this location.

Would have given 5 stars but I asked that the tires not be rotated but they were rotated anyway. I just bought two new tires a month ago and I wanted them to stay on the rear wheels. Now, the new tires are on the front.

This place is awesome. They are quick and really detailed. The place is very clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is extraordinary! The best part - they are pet friendly!

The Craftsman Auto Fairfax Shop is very nice and efficient. They are very detailed even during a service as small as an oil change. The shop still sent me diagnostic of my overall vehicle which is very helpful. It was above and beyond which is why I keep going back.
