The facility was clean, waiting room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. I went to get an oil change and they showed me some "yellow flags" based on the courtesy inspection they did. I took their recommendation and went ahead and changed my air filter and got the fuel system/induction service to clean out the bottom of the fuel tank (according to the Lexus forum I read it's a good thing to do once your milage starts getting higher or you experience some signs and symptoms that it needs to be cleaned out). I appreciated their honesty that I could probably wait another 5k miles or so before needing to get my rear brake pads replaced. Just a few minor cons: wished they had some coffee in the waiting area (I kept myself company ready a book their founder wrote about starting your own business); wish they were more timely about telling my when my car was done (I saw it in the parking lot and it was sitting there for more than just a few mins before I got up and asked when my car would be finished); decent charges on parts were offset by high labor charges... makes me really wonder why so much is charged for labor...I've seen how much work goes in to change an air filter...

Andrew knows tires and alignment data!!! It was time for new Michelin Premier tires for my Mercedes Benz GLK with 130,000. I always ask is there something better...Andrew said no! Got the new tires this morning and driving from Chantilly to Gainesville was like riding on a cloud!!! Bumps did not exist! IT WAS AMAZING! I highly recommend Andrew for his knowledge of how the different tires wear, when to replace and what to expect! I have taken the Woman's car care clinic at Craftsman (Andrew was at the tire/alignment) station. It was a great learning experience. When my tires came off today we measured and I was at 4/32. That is cutting it close if you have to stop fast, if you are in heavy rain. You don't want to take those chances and don't take any chances going anywhere else for tires! When Andrew reviewed the alignment results he knew and explained why I didn't need one, I was hauling some heavy items in the cargo area of the GLK ! Go to Craftsman for honest, knowledgeable care to keep your car and you safe!

The best service in the area. If you change your oil they will provide a courtesy check of your entire vehicle. You’ll get the neutral objective expert opinion from the staff of this service company, unlike other places they will advise you the options which are necessary to make.

I am SO happy that Matt Curry is back in business! This is the absolute best place you can take your car for reliable and friendly service. I recently took my 16 year old Honda Civic Si for maintenance work. I drove it home the next day and it felt like a new car ... with all the kick and quick response like when I first bought it. Our experience was positive. We had an old car that needed some extensive -- and expensive -- work done and the Craftsman folks came through. It's only been a couple of days and this is our first experience with this outfit. However, all is good so far and we are happy with our decision to use this business for our repairs.
