Excellent service; I bought a groupon for a maintenance package and had no issues. Team was friendly, completely accommodating when I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Service took less than an hour and checkout was a breeeze. I will definitely be returning to Craftsman in the future.

Other dealership tell me I have work to be done, I take it over to Craftsman and I find out that it’s not necessary. Another major work was a turbo line leak which the dealership said was corrected. It was not and craftsman took pictures so I was able to have it fixed properly without cost. Saving tons of cash. I will never buy another used car without taking it to this shop for a once over prior to purchasing first. The mechanics are obviously so of the best and certainly understand cars. Well Done. My whole family comes here now!
