My vehicle needed new Brake pads and rotors in rear . I did not have an appointment but Craftsman of FAIRFAX was able to accommodate my vehicle early 0730am on a Friday . I like the technology amenities that they provide , including your own digital file for your vehicle’s health statistics with thorough multi point inspection and digital photos are email / text to each customer with mechanic’s notes to provide repair advice on each part. I met Jeremy at the front desk who’s very knowledgeable and assisted me with my vehicle and Mr.Bob discussed with me my vehicle analysis . Price was good , had the rear pads / rotors replaced and new engine filter replaced. Thank You Craftsman Fairfax Jeremy N.

Matt Curry has been "my partner" in car care since the late 90's - he continues to get the best people and focused on finding and fixing problems before they become acute. He also stands behind his work and makes corrections, if needed. Do yourself a favor let Matt and his team work on your car!

I have been talking my vehicle's to the Alexandria Craftsman shop for a long time and have been very pleased with the work they have performed. The staff there is very knowledgeable and able to explain what the problems have been in a way someone with little knowledge of engines can understand. The even send you a full inspection report with pictures that is very helpful letting you know the status of your entire vehicle.
