I took a prospective Lexus RX330 in for a report on any issues before I purchased it. Thorough report, gave me a real heads up on non urgent items, urgent items and passed inspections. I highly recommend them for the ability to get in quickly and have a good inspection taking place.

They were wonderful! Dropped my car off for a state inspection and oil change at 8am and it was done by 11:30am. They texted me a full review of my car and what looked good and what needed repairs/close to needing repairs. Everyone I interacted with were so kind and knowledgeable! Pricing was great too! $30 oil change!! Highly recommend!!

Brought my 2013 Audi A5 in for a tech inspection and DIY lift time during ACNA event on March 3rd. This was my first experience with prepping a car for track day and installing new pads and rotors. Matt, Bill, and Cyrus were extremely patient and thorough with helping me install the brakes. Very professional operation! Despite being over an hour away from where I live, I have already scheduled an appointment to bring my car back in for further work.

It is also the most proactive and cost-effective way to head off costly problems if your vehicle is not maintained properly. My 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 6 cylinder, with 130,000 miles has been maintained by Craftsman and I purchase my tires there also, their knowledge is unsurpassed. This week on my 89 mile trip from Baltimore to Gainesville I got 31.4 mpg, average speed 62. AWESOME AUTO CARE Craftsman Chantilly!!!
