I called Craftsman because my brakes started squeaking and feeling a little rough. They told me to bring my car in and they would check it out for no charge. It took about an hour and a half because 1. I didn't have an appointment and 2. They perform a full inspection which takes about half an hour. I was very impressed with the inspection - They send you a digital copy which shows everything they inspected, and gives you warnings for other things that might need service. It even had high quality pictures and HD video of the things they checked out. They called me back after the inspection and went over everything with me. Luckily my car was in good shape and just needed the rear brakes cleaned/adjusted. I did have a flat spot in the rear tire but I am going to see if the shop who installed the tires will replace under warranty (thanks to Chris' recommendation). Craftsman staff was very friendly and honest, and I would absolutely recommend you visit them. I will certainly be bringing my vehicle back in the future!

I am a 56 year old man who has owned many, many cars throughout my lifetime, used and new. I have experienced all types of customer service and overall satisfaction, but none compare to that of Craftsman Auto Center in Fairfax. They have gained a new, lifelong customer in me, and my oldest daughter, who just bought her first used car, will also be a new customer. Hats off to Bob and Jeremy for exceptional service.

They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and separated what had to be done immediately from what could wait for a later date. Bottom line: I trust them and the advice I received from them about servicing my vehicle.

I took my Denali into Craftsman for brakes at 2:00 p.m. and they had it back to me by 6:00. Fixed right and fast. Could not ask for better service!

Jeremy and Chris were awesome! I called ahead because I needed a headlight replacement and they took care of it the minute I got there. They did a great job and finished in less than 10 minutes! Amazing! I highly recommend this place and trust them to care for my car.. Great team of professionals!
