Great customer service!

When I couldn’t get my keyed lugnuts off after my tires had been rotated. I took my car in and the loosened and replaced my keyed lugnuts for no extra charge. Great shop with friendly staff!

Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax is a great place to take your car for maintenance and repair. The service is outstanding. They are very friendly and trustworthy. Comfortable, clean waiting room too. It's sometimes hard to find a good auto repair shop, but this one is great!!!!
