Moved to the area about 6 months ago. Have worked with Craftsman on both of our cars, one of which is a 2005 and had some required updates soon after we arrived in Fairfax. Recently, my mass air flow sensor failed. Craftsman had actually just replaced it ~6 months ago with those initial updates. I had my car towed to Craftsman because the engine would die as soon as the accelerator was pressed. They identified the mass airflow sensor they previously installed was faulty and replaced it under warranty for free. Really appreciate this shop standing by their work. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service: communication, follow-through, friendliness, professionalism. Very quick service, and very reasonably priced. I have been going to this location for several years and will continue to do so because they are a joy to work with every single time I take my car in for any type of maintenance or repair.
