We met Matt and Judy Curry through our mutual car club and I immediately discovered what superb car care business owners they are. We do not live near their Alexandria service center, but thankfully a new Carftsman Auto Care opened in late November 2018 in Chantilly, VA. As a brand new Craftsman Auto Care customer I was instantly impressed by just talking with the Chantilly Manager, Andrew on the phone. What a professional well spoken manager and staff. Full disclosure I am expert car guy/customer but not a mechanic. First impressions; the Chantilly Craftsman Auto Care is easy to locate right off Route 50 near Route 28 in Loudoun County, VA. Their still under renovation showroom was uber clean, bright, well furnished, and multiple staff greeted me professionally as I walked in for my Saturday new tire installation appointment. Matt assisted me with our service appointment and was superb. It is SO refreshing not to be pitched with over selling of auto services. Craftsman Auto Care was H O N E S T, competitively priced, and efficient. I am a 54 year old car guy and classic car owner and today Craftsman Auto Care startled me with their thorough Courtesy Inspection report - W O W even included actual photos of my Subaru undercarriage. What a great 3 page report - not the single 8x11 rainbow colored print out that the majority of car service centers use. We definitely bring our other vehicles to Craftsman Auto Car. Your auto care business model is so refreshing and welcomed. Continued growth and success are easy for 2019. We look forward to the new Dulles facility.

Chris and Scott took care of our vehicle in a very professional and straightforward manner. We felt comfortable with the process in which they inspect your vehicle for other issues that may arise and give you great recommendations for your consideration for vehicle repairs. The system, in which they send you a personal link to your phone, shows all the work that was completed with video and photographic evidence of all issues they are diagnosing. It was a great shop and I recommend it to future, fellow, weary customers.

Great customer service!

Stars did not show up on the app for some reason but I give them 5 stars. Price is fair, maybe a little under a dealer but the experience is soooo much better. There are multiple master techs on every day, and they are all happy to be there. The place is clean and modern with some excellent systems that they use to give you a diagnosis. No heavy upsell but they show you what is or will become an issue with actual hi-res pictures that they forward to the front desk to use, and they'll take you back to take a look if you like. They offer good coffee and snacks, and will give you a ride to home or work if it is a reasonable distance and the work will take hours or they are busy. I really think they are on to something here...you get excellent care for a fair price. They were busy but worked me in to do 2.5 hours of work within 3.5 hours of being there. I had an expiring $35 groupon for a 4 wheel alignment and I am glad I took the day off to discover this business. The owner is a Zig-Ziglar type of entrepreneur crossed with a car guy. Store opening soon in the Merrifield area.
