This is a very professional shop with knowledgeable certified mechanics. Nissan advised that I needed new rear brakes, rotors turned,, etc, but Craftsman found my brakes were still good at 8/32. They also took the time to explain how they perform a fuel induction cleaning which was helpful so I decided to go ahead with some preventative maintenance while my car was there. Their rate seems higher than my normal mechanic, but I can tell Cratsman is much more professional in just one visit. And much more trustworthy than the dealership. Convenient Fairfax location!

Incredibly helpful in emergency! Two days after Christmas I ran over some debris on the Beltway going 60 MPH. This was the closest auto mechanic shop I could find and I was desperate - I was leaking fluid and something smelled like it was burning. My car was not drivable (cracked radiator and transmission plate). They ordered the replacement parts right away and got everything fixed ahead of time and for less than the quoted estimate. Wayne was very kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated while having a pretty lousy day.
