I knew that everything on my car was in top shape and was pleased to see that the Craftsman survey reflected the same. Craftsman also price matched a competitor's price quote for the same service. These guys go above and beyond. I took my 2009 BMW there to address an oil leak problem and they had my car fixed and back in my drive way in 24 hours. I also was impressed by their evaluation of my car and the on-line report with pictures. I will be taking my Porsche to them when its time for the annual inspection this spring.

They were friendly, prompt, and sent me an overview of the overall health of my car which was extremely helpful! Would recommend them !!

Great service! I found Craftman Auto Care on Groupon looking for a place to get my oil changed as well as a diagnosis on a squeaky sound coming from my car’s engine. I ended up having to replace my power steering pump, which they did the same day. They offered to drive me across the street to the nearby shopping center while they worked on my car. They sent me updates and pictures from the diagnosis they had done which I thought was unique. Overall I had a great experience with kind and helpful people. Thank you Mike & Raynaldo especially for making my first experience there great! I will definitely return!
