As a mechanically competent woman, I highly recommend this shop. I'm at a point in my life where I just don't have time to do the kind of maintenance and repair work that I did on my own when I was younger. I didn't encounter any BS or up-sell attempts. Nor did I notice any when I was listening to interactions between the staff and other customers. Every person I talked with or observed was polite and friendly. The shop is clean, and if you live/work nearby they'll offer you a lift.

They were very friendly and explained what exactly they did. Initially they asked me why I thought I needed a wheel alignment which made me feel like they wanted to know more about why they were doing the job they were doing and how they could better assist/give me advice. I got a really good vibe from them. The work took a little longer than expected but nothing that was really an issue. They provided drinks, snacks, TV, and reading material.

Very attentive and transparent service. Where other automotive service providers tell you your car is “fine” or have paper checklists the Craftsman team has online and smartphone accessible inspections with photos of what is inspected and it’s condition plus recommendations. The prices are great and service is second to none.

I feel that these guys truly care about the customer. 100% reliable and trustworthy. They really went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and always kept me notified through the repair process. I took a chance when I took my car here. I hadnt done any research on the place. I am glad I gave them a shot. Please try it as well. You won't be disappointed.

Very Disappointed. I had replacement cooling systems components including a radiator a few years ago from these guys. My wife recently ended up stranded on the GW on the first cold evening due to an overheating. I had it towed to these guys. It was determined that a factory hose clamp broke and all the antifreeze leaked out. When asked, the response was “that happens”. My concern is why were the original clamps used and not replaced when pretty much all the other parts were. It was a pricey repair you would think another $1 clamp would not break the bank. There was total indifference to my questions and I was handed an invoice and I had pay to repair the repair. I could of argued more but I just paid and left very disappointed. I have 4 of my own cars and 3 young drivers with cars. There are other places to get repairs in Mclean so we have removed this vendor from our list

Craftsmen did a complimentary car inspection and it passed but they recommended some services. They photographed it to show me what was wrong and the person walked through all the recommendations. They also sent me an email and a text message detailing what was done and a quote as to how much the services costs. I appreciated their professionalism and promptness of getting my car inspected. I would defnitely consider them for any future service I have done.
