I called first thing in the morning without an appointment and they said that it was no problem and to bring it in and they will fit it in their schedule. Great customer service! I am a young college student and a first time car owner and had some simple questions. The gentleman not only answered my questions but went out with me to my car and showed me how to do the things I had questions about. Very helpful and I definitely felt like I was a valued customer.

I have known the Curry’s for many years now and have followed one of their extraordinary managers around from store to store for the over 28 years from Chantilly to Gainesville to Falls Church to Leesburg and now back to Fairfax. If you think I’d follow any auto repair business and/or manager if I weren’t getting the best service available you’re smoking the wrong blend. Andrew Gunn has been THE man in my Auto life all this time. He has always treated me and everyone I’ve referred to him with great expertise and concern. From the initial phone call through the completion of my repair, the staff at Cratsman Auto Care were incredibly courteous and professional, and upfront about the very reasonable fees and wait time. The customer waiting area is clean, pleasant, and stocked with snacks, which I appreciated since I hadn’t had lunch and was coming straight from work with a punctured tire. Thanks for a great service and I will be back for other auto care issues!
