These guys know a lot about cars, which you would think should go without saying. Great waiting room and exceptionally clean and well appointed. They are always friendly and get the work done quickly and let you know what is going on.

Solid company that is intent on providing great quality service with modern style. JK and Jonathan were very personable and great at answering/explaining anything I needed. Safety inspection for $20 bucks, and I even received a digital invoice and SMS notifications. They directed me to another company nearby for my emissions testing (not available at this location), but I thought it was neat they didn't hesitate to make a recommendation, even if it wasn't their company. Looking forward to next visit!

This place is excellent. The services are very reasonably priced considering their top-tier quality. They offer comprehensive services and make service recommendations without ever being pushy. I won't go anywhere else for auto care unless I'm forced to.

I was very pleased with the service l received today. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was more impressed with the managers knowledge and communication skills. I was heading west on RT.7 and there was an accident in the right lane just before turning right onto Potomac View. Had to get over to one lane on the left as the police cruiser was blocking the accident. Ran over road debris from the accident in which was not cleaned up, and popped my tire.Craftsman Auto Care is close by the intersection and luckily I was able to make it in, on the flat. Austin and crew were able to change my tire to the spare. I was very thankful for their service!!!

They helped me with a few different issues concerning 2 different vehicles in just 2 weeks. They worked with me, helped me out, were prompt and never pushy. They are worth the prices they charge.
