I have lived in the area for 5 years now, and have always had trouble (as a young female) finding a shop that I could trust with my vehicle. I have often scheduled my car maintenance around trips home to my parents house (~5 hrs away) just to avoid being nickled and dimed in the DC area. Craftsman was great, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and that is exactly what I got. The guy working on the car told me that the cabin/air filters were dirty, I said thank you and that I would change them myself. He had no arguments. Not to mention they got my car in/out in enough time for me to not be late to work. Highly recommend and will be coming back for any service needs!

I found out about this place from my neighbor who has been getting her vehicle serviced here for about 10 years. I used to take my vehicles to the dealership...not anymore. The service and CustomerService aspect of this place is the best thing ever. John the manager and Matt the owner are very pleasant to work with and very honest. My Wife and I just moved to the area. Her car was making noise so we took it to Craftsman. They were very friendly and professional. They did a complete diagnostic of her vehicle. They did the much needed repairs quickly and gave us a breakdown of future repairs. This would be our go to place while stationed here. The are Military friendly.

Professional, expert, and inexpensive prices

I brought my 07 BMW there to get repaired. It was in very bad shape. Craftsmen Auto Care did some extensive work. My BMW drives like a new car now. Customer service was excellent, they took time to break everything down and explain all the repairs.
