Craftsman has gone over and above on a number of visits. Most recently, they closed our car window stuck in the open position and refered me to the dealer for the repair of the window electric motor. They did this after checking with the dealer to see if the window was covered under warranty. Craftsman could have just accepted the car and made the repairs. Just having the window closed was a great help, since we were having heavy rains. All was done at no cost. Great customer service!

First of all, I have never experienced top notch service like I did from Craftsman Auto care. Not even from the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle, they drove me home, picked me up when the service was finished.Tthey also texted me a full digital inspection report .with pictures of the condition of my vehicle. Very cool.I appreciate their service but most of all their can do attitude. Great people to deal with. I will be a regular customer here .Highly recommended..

Needed to put new tires on old Toyo 4Runner and get an antenna put on I had been carrying around for almost 2 years. I left the shop to get lunch, and while out, they called me to let me know that the install for the antenna, which was an aftermarket part, was not so cut and dried, as they needed extra parts to secure it to the vehicle, requiring a trip to Home Depot. I gave them the okay, and expected it to take a lot longer. I was surprised when not long after that, they called me again to let me know the vehicle was ready. Was really impressed with their service, courtesy and workmanship. Now, I finally have an antenna and tunes in my ride! Will be going back to those guys for future maintenance! Nice waiting area, too.
