Craftsman Auto was thorough with checking over my 11-yr-old car when I brought it in for an oil change and basic service. They found a serious problem with my brakes, described it clearly to me, and got my approval before fixing it. They also recommended sanding down the scratched up haze on my headlamp covers. Wow - so much more light comes through! I appreciate how Craftsman lets me know what is needed and doesn't push for extra work that isn't. I also appreciate that they had the parts and equipment to take care of the extra, unplanned work and got it done the same day.

Craftsman has a conscientious staff that consulted with me about my vehicle and made sure that I fully understood the service they recommended and ultimately provided. The facility has a comfortable waiting area with available wi-fi and complimentary water and coffee. Entire staff was courteous. Matt, the owner, was on site and helped check me in and kept me up-to-date about my service, including how long I should expect to wait. Definitely a 5-star auto care center.
