First time bringing my truck in. Always heard great things so wanted to get my truck serviced there. The staff (Matt) was great and very helpful. They even sent me pics of the vehicle while I was waiting to show me everything they were doing and where the problems in the vehicle were. Service was speedy and detailed. I took my car in for a state inspection, and they did a thorough job. The manager personally explained to me some of the issues with my car, showing me the brakes and other components. I also learned a few things about my car that other shops haven't told me about. I certainly recommend Craftsman for auto service.

Excellent service, staff is knowledgeable and friendly

I had to have some major work done to my car and Craftsman Auto Care did a great job. Their diagnostic was very thorough and they explained the reason for all of the repairs needed. They also sent a detailed quote with photos. I felt that they were very honest about what needed to be done now and what could wait. The work was done in a day which was also great. I will definitely take my car there again.

Overall great staff. The young lady at the front desk was amazing and gave me some good pointers about the area, (hence, we recently move here) She was also helpful, in giving me a ride home while my car was being inspected for safety and emissions test. I believe his name is Dru, (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) but he was very resourceful and called me to give me a courteous diagnostic on my car and estimates. He gave me the truth based on his knowledge and concerns which had me to made a serious decision based on keeping the vehicle or fixing it. Overall the team was very resourceful and positive energy. I was searching and read the previous reviews which is how I ended up there. The service over the phone and face to face was very positive. I will continue to use their service whether I keep my car or invest in a new one. Great Job, and thank you.

I love this repair shop! They were able to replace my battery while I waited even though I didn’t have appointment. I always know I get dependable, expert service. Highly recommend Craftsman Auto.
