The Fairfax team did an excellent job in replacing our resonator and pipe assembly in order to pass inspection. They even tried to salvage the parts they could to minimize the cost on our family. They performed the work fast and efficient and we will most definitely be bringing our future vehicles back to this location.

Just wanted to write a 2nd review long story short I’m from New York and drove down to Virginia to look at a bmw m6 Deshawn was absolutely amazing he and his team did a thorough check on the car found issues with it and looked out for me big time the “car dealership” I was going to buy the car from said all the issues were resolved Dehawn looked at the car and issues were never resolved thanks to him and his team they saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and headaches I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone if I lived local they would be my go to shop great guys and service thanks again for everything!!

Great shop and close to home. Inspection on 2 vehicles... no issues. Many future issues noted and we had them done. Need a 100,000 mile maintenance done and will do this soon. Highly recommend Craftsman Auto Repair. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

The staff here is knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service. I brought my Toyota Supra here to get new wheels and tires installed. I must admit I was a bit hesitant, but I had the great pleasure to work with Jonathan and CK. They ensured me thing would be handled with professionalism and they delivered. Any issues I came upon, they would address and have it taken care of. This is what customer service should be like.

I worked at craftsman and for the time I worked there I can tell you first hand how great the team is. The customer service is top notch and they will never take advantage of any customer no matter what from what I have seen. If you ever need anything done on your car, from oil changes, all the way to performance, craftsman auto care is the only place you should go. John, Andrew and the rest of the sterling shop are very detail oriented and they make sure every car leaves with a happy customer.
