Craftsman Auto Care - Mclean
From the moment Steve answered the phone at Craftsman, it was an uphill experience. We were traveling from Virginia to NJ on a Friday afternoon for a family wedding when we heard some scary clunking from breaks that were installed just two days prior. We called several shops, all of which turned us away late on a Friday afternoon. All except Steve at Craftsman. After assessing the problem, a mechanic at Craftsman went down the street and picked up the part we needed, and, in less than an hour total, we were back in the road to NJ. If not for Steve and his team, we never would have made it to the wedding. We strongly encourage anyone in need of service on a vehicle to visit Craftsman.

I recently brought my car in for new tires and a State inspection. Dashaun and his team were great. The full process was seamless from receiving the tire estimate to replacing my tires. My car rides so much better. They were attentive, kind and provided great service. Highly recommend.
