They are courteous, expedient, thorough, and provide additional information on what your car may need soon without any hard sell. They'll tell you the honest truth about how serious or not something is so you can plan and prioritize. They are so trustworthy and really make me feel so much more confident, comfortable, and relaxed when addressing my car maintenance and repair needs.

Stacey and Brent are brilliant! I came in on a very busy day without an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and get my car all straightened out within the day. Brent listened and took my concerns seriously, and I appreciated his transparency when reviewing my options for resolving my oil leak. Stacey helped me when I came to pick up my car, and she was quick and very kind the entire time. With their professional staff and quality work, I would not hesitate to return to Craftsman Auto Care for future services!

I need to call out Craftsman Auto Care! I was driving to work one morning when my check engine light came on, then my check oil light, as I'm starting to pull over my engine exploded. Yes, blew up! A connecting rod blew out of it. Everyone was okay and my car was kind of okay. Just needed a new engine. I got it towed to the dealership. I felt like they laughed me out of there. So, I got it towed to Craftsman Auto Care. They gave exceptional service. First off, I was given their loaner car for free. Second off, I was given three quotes. I got one for a new engine, salvaged engine, and a used one. I took the salvaged one. They installed it for a very affordable amount. Well, it was for about $6200. About as good as it can get for an engine. Now, I have a new car to drive around for at least two more years (which is what I need) if not ten more years. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car to run well. I will be taking my car to them for now on.

When in doubt Craftsman Auto Care always figures it out. Staff is supper friendly, cost is fair and service is speedy. Finally a Car shop that cares!!!

Wow! Dashaun and Alejandro were such a joy to work with! From talking with each of them on the phone to when i brought my car in. They made the entire process really simple and easy to understand, and were honest with me about everything my car needed! The waiting area is really nice and cozy; it makes it feel like you’re waiting at home and not sitting in the doctor’s office! They offered many free amenities such as snacks, water, coffee, free Wi-Fi, chargers of all kinds and an awesome rewards program for repeat customers!
