I cannot say enough kind words about the folks at Craftsman Auto Care in McLean, especially the main manager, Ray. Two months ago I was rushing home from work in D.C. when I noticed an issue with my tire back tire. I pulled over to a small road to see what the issue was and realized it would not be safe to drive the next 30+ miles home with my tire almost flat. Ray kindly assisted me by placing the spare on to help get me back on the road so I could pick up my little one. He was the calm in an incredibly stressful moment. To say I am thankful would be an understatement. Truly amazing people!

These guys are honest, hard working, and take care of their customers. I had an issue starting my car and they took me the next morning through their quick scheduling tool. DeShawn kept me up to date throughout the process with texts and let me know immediately when it was ready, even offering to pick me up. Will be coming back.
