Being a busy family with 3 cars, we have had many times where we’ve asked for work to be done with a tight deadline. Craftsman Autocare at Mclean have always done their best to meet the deadline without sacrificing quality of work. Ray and his team are knowledgeable, hard working and always provide great customer service.

The service was great! I was informed about everything going on before and after the repairs. True to there words, cost and time frame was exactly what I was quoted. Great experience over here! Brought my car in for what I thought I needed an alignment but there was a slight bend in the tire / wheel. They were honest and fast. Didnt try to get extra money out of me. I will definitely be back 🙂 thanks John for all your help
