They are honest and talented. They make sure whatever your car’s issues were resolved. Their spacious waiting area also has multiple chargers to cover all types of cellphones. They are always busy though, so I suggest you call before just stopping by.

Absolutely amazing service. I had a flat tire when I got to my car after work. I work in McLean and live in Front Royal. They were super nice on the phone and even nicer when I got there even though they were swamped they took my vehicle in and got It ready to go. I will absolutely be returning and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
Dropped by this morning to get my tire pressure checked. The service was professional and fast - a free examination was performed and a few other issues related to my car was spotted. All free of charge. I really appreciate Stacey for the service performed. She also walked me through the potential issues with my car and offered me suggestions on which parts may need to get replaced. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and will come back again for replacement parts.

I got my state inspection from Craftsman and couldn't be more satisfied. They're a fastidious shop, but the wait was almost exactly what I was told when I came in. I received a thorough report with photos for non-urgent issues outside of the state requirements, as well as good advice from the service advisor. Overall I cannot recommend the shop highly enough.
