The people at Craftsman provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from an auto repair shop (independent or dealership). Matt was so helpful, providing my wife with a loaner car so she could make pre-school pickup, and one of the guys even helped move car seats. The work on my vehicle was top notch and it now drives as good as the day we bought it. I could not be happier and will definitely be back for all my auto care needs.

I don't know how long the original AC had been out in my family heirloom 1970 El Camino. I met Matt at the Cars and Coffee and one business day later I had AC at a very reasonable price. Friendly, professional staff. Wish I'd found them years ago!
